Netflix has a Dvd Mail company where they ship out Dvd's & the subscription to sign up is only $9.99 a month. Dvd's are still a thing & are still in the stores.
Netflix wasn't charging late fees for the Dvd company & was offering free shipping. Today Netflix's Dvd Mail company posted a message on FaceBook, Twitter, & Instagram today saying this.
On September 29th, 2023, we will send out the last red envelope. It has been a true pleasure and honor to deliver movie nights to our wonderful members for 25 years. Thank you for being part of this incredible journey, including this final season of red envelopes. We sincerely want to thank all of our amazing members. On September 29th, 2023 Netflix will be mailing out the last of the Dvd's from it's Dvd Mail company. Netflix even purchased the popular domain name dvd.com. When customers typed in the domain name, it took them to dvd.netflix.com & it still does today. It is unclear what will happen to the domain name dvd.com & if Netflix will sell it or not after their Dvd Mail company shuts down.
